Dagmara practices in the areas of Child Protection, Criminal Law, and Intervention Orders. Dagmara holds a Juris Doctor from Monash University, and Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law.

Dagmara joined Mildren Cooper McKenna in 2025 after having been admitted to practice law in 2024.

Before commencing her legal career, Dagmara was a public servant across the Victorian Public Service, including at the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing, Department of Justice and Community Safety, and Victorian Ombudsman.

Dagmara’s background in investigations, policy development and justice system reform gives her a strong strategic perspective and a deep understanding of how legal processes affect individuals in practice. She is known for her thoughtful, client-focused approach and her ability to navigate complex legal and institutional systems with care and clarity.
